We all have them, overripe bananas.

Sometimes I throw them out, I freeze them for smoothies, and sometimes I make banana bread.

This has been a favorite recipe ever since I was little, I especially like the raw batter. I know, judge away, but I oftentimes lick the spatula. 🤷‍♀️

So grab those bananas and mash them up in a bowl with a fork or potato smasher. (I used 5 small bananas).

Next, add the rest of the ingredients and mix with a danish wisk. But really, any utensil works. Careful not to over mix, it will have a better baked texture if the batter is lumpy.

Pour the batter into a buttered standard loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
