You either love it or hate it. My house is divided, most love it, some are indifferent, and the youngest loathes it. 😂

I will say though, if you like meatloaf, this recipe is so good!

Easy Meatloaf

Preheat the oven to 375° F

  • 2 lb. Ground burger (I use bison or elk, my husband is a hunter)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. Milk
  • 3/4 c. Oats
  • 1/4 c. Diced Celery
  • 1/2 c. Diced onion
  • 1 tsp. McCormick steak seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 2 tsp. Worcester Sauce

Mix together and press into 2 loaf pans

Sauce

  • 1/2 c. Ketchup
  • 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard

Mix together and spread on top of each meatloaf. Place pans in the oven and bake at 375° for 1 hour.

*The leftovers make delicious hot sandwiches the next day.
